These terms are between Graywell Tech (“we”) and the organization that purchases or activates an AthletiSync license (“you”). By purchasing, activating a key, or using the AthletiSync app, you agree to them.
A license is an annual, per-production-site right to use the AthletiSync WordPress plugin and receive updates for the term. Trainer, Club and Org tiers unlock the feature sets published on the pricing page. Staging sites (*.local, *.test, localhost, staging. subdomains) do not count as production activations. You may not resell, sublicense, remove license checks from, or reverse engineer the plugin beyond what applicable law permits.
Licenses run for one year and renew when you choose to renew. If a license expires, the plugin keeps working with full features for 30 days of grace, then continues with the core feature set indefinitely; updates (other than security releases), the app listing, SMS/push and Club/Org modules resume on renewal. Your data is never locked away.
A first purchase of any tier is refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. Renewals and upgrades are not refundable except as required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Security releases are served to every install, licensed or not. We may publish that a release is a security release without disclosing details until sites have had time to update.
You are responsible for your site, your hosting, your processor accounts (Stripe or Square), the accuracy of your program data, and your own obligations to the families you serve, including waivers, privacy notices and payment terms. Family, player, booking, payment and waiver data lives on your site; we do not store it.
No unlawful content, no use with participants under 13 in a way that requires child accounts (AthletiSync uses parent-entered data and has no child accounts), no attempts to interfere with the directory, relay or update services.
The plugin and app are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the license fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
