What athletisync.com collects about organization owners and buyers, and what it deliberately does not.
DRAFT — review by counsel before publication. This text is a working draft prepared from the AthletiSync product specification and is not yet legal advice or a binding document.
When you buy or start a trial we collect your name, email, organization name and billing details (processed by Stripe or Square; we never see full card or bank numbers). When your site activates a license we collect its URL, plugin, WordPress and PHP versions, and readiness results (booleans and version strings).
Family, player, booking, payment history and waiver data belong to your site and are never sent to or stored on athletisync.com. The AthletiSync app reads that data directly from your site.
To issue and verify licenses, deliver updates, list your organization in the app directory (only when you choose), relay push notifications, send renewal reminders and support you. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Stripe and Square (payments, your choice), Apple and Google (push notification delivery), our hosting provider, and an email delivery provider. A current list will be maintained on this page.
Telemetry is kept 13 months. Push relay logs are kept 30 days and never include message content. An organization’s directory record is retained for 12 months after a license lapses, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can export or delete your organization record from My Account or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your directory listing and license records; your own site keeps its data.
