The app shows you your clubs’ schedules, bookings, payments, waivers and messages by reading them from each club’s own website. AthletiSync itself sees only which organizations exist and a push token for your device.
Identifiers: a push notification token so your club can reach you; the join codes you enter. That is all. We do not collect contact information, location, purchases, browsing or usage analytics tied to you.
Your family’s data (children, bookings, payments, waivers, messages) is stored on your club’s site and fetched over its API when you sign in. Your club is the controller of that data; its own privacy policy applies.
Passwordless, by email code sent from your club’s site. The app stores a session token on your device only.
The app is for parents and guardians. Children do not have accounts; guardians enter and control their children’s information on the club’s site.
Remove a club in the app to stop syncing with it; delete your account on the club’s site to remove your family record there; uninstalling the app removes the push token within 30 days.
